Day 1 will include speakers, workshops, shared discussion and learning:

Day 2 will focus on Open Space with the invitation to run sessions and showcase your work

The conference is for anyone in a leadership role in business making change and change professionals, likely to already be working as coaches and facilitators or in L&D or HR roles.

What is Open Space?
Open Space is a way of organising conferences where the participants create and deliver the content themselves. The agenda will be created collaboratively on the morning of Day 2 - we have a total of 20 slots available.
Open Space has Four Rules and One Law (the Law of Two Feet)
The Four Rules state:
1. Whoever comes are the right people
2. Whatever happens, is the only thing that could have
3. Whenever it starts is the right time
4. When it’s over, it’s over
The Law of Two Feet states that: “If during the course of the gathering, any person finds themselves in a situation where they are neither learning nor contributing, they can go to some more productive place.”

Are there gluten-free and vegetarian options available on the day?

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The best way to get to Saddlers Hall is by train - It is just a couple of minutes walk from St Pauls Tube station.
Being in Central London there is no dedicated parking.

What can I bring into the event?
Day 2 will be run in Open Space . Any participant can offer a session in Open Space. If you have a question, an idea or an offering which could interest other attendees please come prepared both to present your offer very succinctly and to deliver it.
