I'm new to all of this, can I still come along?

Yes, the exercises and yoga practice will be adjusted for beginners

Do I need my medication?

Please remember to bring any form of medication that you may take regularly. Whether that will be an inhaler, insulin etc. Please come prepared. Your body will be under stress due to exercise and cold water exposure so ensure you have everything to keep yourself warm and safe.
