Holy Mass - St Anne’s
Event Information
About this Event
To enable accurate testing and tracing, should it be necessary, places must be booked at least 24 hours before the Holy Mass you wish to attend.
If you have made a booking for Holy Mass, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking to allow other parishioners (or visitors) the opportunity to use these limited spaces.
Thank you.
Christmas Masses
It is absolutely necessary to book a place for Mass on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
The regulations are still in force and we still need to social distance. I do not want to have to turn people away from the church door on Christmas Day.
if you want to attend the Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Mass here in St Anne’s Carnoustie you can book here on Eventbrite, or you can phone Karin Staddle on 01241 853920
Due to these unprecedented times, it is perfectly acceptable to attend Holy Mass, as your Christmas Mass, any Mass you attend during that week. The Church has always celebrated Christmas as an Octave, that is a celebration lasting over eight days. If you can’t get to Holy Mass on Christmas Day, as we are only allowed a restricted number at Holy Mass, if you can’t get booked up, please try one of the weekday Masses that are available and let that be your Christmas Mass. That is perfectly good under these pandemic circumstances.
Here are the times of Mass over that Christmas Octave in St Anne’s Carnoustie:
