About this Event
This 3 part event led by Duncan Woodhead, who has a passion for all things beer and home brewing. Duncan worked at Cannon Royall brewery in Worcestershire and WJ King brewery in Horsham before opening a brewery between 2012 and 2015 when he took up full time work as a Trade Union Official. He’s been an active CAMRA member including National Beer Styles Coordinator 2009-2011 and now enjoys the variety and creativity that brewing at home offers. Recent beers include a Kölsch, a Victoria Plum Porter, a Red IPA, an Elderberry Saison, and a Rauchbier.
In this first session of a short series covering the whole process, Duncan will look at basic principles, ingredients, basic recipe design and equipment for those who share his passion or who think they might!
