Home Dialysis Health & Wellbeing Program

We recognise that living on home treatment can impact your overall wellbeing and ‘Renal Wellbeing at Home’ is an initiative that the Renal Psychology Service have developed in conjunction with Popham Kidney Support and Kidney Wales. It is a series of group sessions, which focus on improving people’s wellbeing and gives group members the chance to connect with others living in the same situation.

What the sessions can offer you:

● the opportunity to connect with others who empathise, share the burden and to give and receive support

● support to help you maintain your treatment at home whilst living well

● a variety of speakers who will share their knowledge and experience.
