Dance is an energetic way for children to experience an exciting and creative activity, to make new friends and to have fun whilst they learn. This class is aimed at giving children who are educated from home an opportunity to move together, socialise together and create together.
Participants will take part in movement games and activities enabling them to create their own dance and learn new movement whilst developing physical and creative skills.
The session will:
• Encourage participants to work together to explore and create
• Use imaginative connections to image and music to inspire dance
• Support and encourage self-expression
• Provide a space to discover focus in new ways
• Work to improve fitness and well-being
Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay and watch, or take part if they wish. Please note: you do not need to book a place for you, as their parent or guardian.

Do I need to have dance experience?
Not at all, no experience needed. Just come long and have some fun.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It would be preferable, however you can alternatively show us your confirmation email via your mobile device.
What should participants wear?
Bare feet are ideal for working on the dance floor, no outside shoes and wearing socks may be too slippy to be safe. Other than that, just wear something comfortable and unrestrictive, i.e. tracksuit bottoms and a loose top. No jewellery to be worn during dance classes.
