Aimed at home educated children 7-10yrs and their families.

Meeting point: Layby on road through West Chevington at entrance to wind farm, NE61 5BA. This is a busy road, please park responsibly. What3Words throat.losing.wiped.

We'll look at the history of the site and what is actively being done for nature, with a focus on tree cover and species choice.

We will be walking around the site which can get muddy. There are no toilets on site, but nearby supermarkets etc. are a 10 min drive away. Staff are DBS checked and First Aid trained. Children must be accompanied please. Younger/Older siblings not taking part are still welcome too. Please dress for the weather.
