Home Enthusiasts Coffee Course
Thu 4 May 2017, 17:30 – 19:30 BST
This is a course aimed at the home brewer or coffee enthusiast.
The coffee enthusiast course is a foundation course designed to help give you an insight into your favourite brew and how it got there!
We will talk about coffee origins, demonstrate the roasting process interspersed with a question and answer session throughout the event.
Once we have completed a roast, we will cup some of our coffees including what we have roasted. We will demonstrate the flavour wheel to help give you a better insight into flavour notes and how to recognise them.
Finally, we will demonstrate a brewing method for you to try at home, a great way to get the best from the lovely bag of coffee that you will have just roasted to take home with you!
This is not a formal course, expect plenty of banter, fun, but best of all plenty of… COFFEE!!
