Privacy Notice

You are providing your information to Brent Council's Early Years team who can be contacted at cfis@brent.gov.uk. The Council’s Data Protection Officer can be contacted at dpo@brent.gov.uk. Your information is collected for the purpose of booking, administering, delivering and evaluating an event.

The information you give us will be shared with those involved in administering, delivering and evaluating the event and if necessary the organisation you represent. The information shall be retained for a maximum period of three years. Your information shall be processed in adherence to your legal rights, including but not limited to the right to withdraw consent, right to copies of your information and right to be forgotten. You have a right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (www.ico.org.uk).

For more information about how Eventbrite stores your information please see Eventbrite’s privacy notice. If you wish to attend our event, but do not want Eventbrite to have to your information, you can email cfis@brent.gov.uk with your name, and e-mail address and we will notify you if it has been possible to allocate you a place. Your information will still be stored and used by Brent Council (as stated above) but will not be entered onto the Eventbrite system.
