Do you struggle to get started with organising or decluttering at home? You’re not alone – and you don’t have to do it alone.
Join my online body doubling sessions, designed especially for people with ADHD or anyone who finds it hard to stay focused on household tasks. In these small group calls (maximum of 6 participants), we’ll work together for one focused hour.
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll bring along a task you want to tackle – big or small.
- We’ll start with a quick check-in, set clear goals, and then get to work.
- I’ll be there to offer tips, encouragement, and gentle accountability throughout.
- The group energy helps you stay motivated and makes the process less overwhelming.
By the end of the hour, you’ll have made real progress and feel lighter knowing you’ve got support behind you.
