Event Details

Pathway is delighted to invite you to a free seminar discussing the provision of specialist homeless medical respite services in London. The event will include:

  • Presentations from intermediate care projects supporting homeless patients.
  • A needs assessment of the demand for homeless medical respite services.
  • Opportunities to meet a patient who has benefitted from medical respite care.
  • Ground-breaking research into end of life care for homeless patients

Presentations will be followed by a high level panel discussion exploring how to make medical respite services a routine part of homeless healthcare provision.

Service providers, managers, commissioners and funders interested in improving health outcomes for the most vulnerable and excluded are asked to join us. We hope the debate and discussion will help us learn from each other, develop a shared vision of 'ideal' provision and a commitment to action.

Places are limited, please confirm attendance as soon as possible.
