The housing crisis is not just a question of supply and demand, it is also about how we design, plan, and manage the built environment. Whether we are building new housing for a rapidly changing future, or adapting, upgrading, and modernising current housing stock, data and AI can play a crucial role.

Join us as we bring together leading voices from across Scotland’s housing and build environment ecosystem to explore how data & artificial intelligence can help us build for the future. From predictive maintenance, energy optimisation and environmental quality monitoring, to urban modelling, automated compliance checks, and fair housing enforcement, there is lots of potential for these technologies to make an impact.

However, are we ready to make the most of them?

Join us to discuss all this and more at the Data & AI Meetup!
