We life in a culture and a fast-paced world with little room for grief. Once our loved ones are gone, we learn that we must move on and live life. But what if we can live our lives while in connection with our ancestors and continue to enjoy their love and wisdom? Even if we never knew them or our relationships were difficult while they were alive, they have gifts for us and SoulCollage© lets us receive what it is they have to offer.
In this session we will:
- Make cards together
- Experience rituals to honour our ancestors
- Read from our cards and uncover their wisdom
You will be able to make cards for specific people if you choose to, or you may wish to explore other topics such ancestry, grief or death.
You will need:
- A candle
- 5 x 8 cards*
- Glue
- Scissors/a craft knife
- A selection of printed images, ideally from magazines
- Photocopies of photographs of any ancestors
No experience is necessary - everyone is welcome!
