About this event

  • 2 hours

Summer has now ended; the days will shorten and the cooler weather reminds us that we must all respond to this change with it.

This is the perfect time for rest and renewal, a chance for us all to go within to explore and understand ourselves.

Yoga restores the equilibrium between our mind, body, breath and soul. It is about balance, a balanced life and a balanced practice. A balance of holding on to our intention and letting go of our expectations. In alignment with the season, during this workshop we aim to find a new rhythm. Autumn is often described as a season of the soul, when the heat and high energy of the Summer are ending and we are being called back towards the earth, grounding, stilling and becoming inwardly present. As nature slows down and begins to draw inwards, she encourages us to do the same. We need to consider how best to recuperate, regenerate and replenish our energy for Autumn.

We will focus on nourishing the mind, body and soul with a vinyasa flow practice, breath work, yin and yoga Nidra. Suitable for all levels

I will invite you to celebrate the awesomeness within each of us and plant seeds for our future.

Autumn leaves don’t fall, they fly.

They take their time and wander on.

This their only chance to soar.
