What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 6.30pm for drinks & registration.

Can I pay on arrival instead of booking on Eventbrite?

It is advised that people book via Eventbrite to help with logistics. However, people can pay on arrival if they would like to. Cash, debit/credit card or contactless payments accepted on arrival (e.g. apple and google pay). Those paying on arrival risk non-admission if the venue is already full.

Are children able to attend?

Children are welcome, but parental discretion & guidance is advised due to the lived experience topics that will be spoken about throughout the evening. e.g. mental health, the care system & recovery.

Are there disabled parking spaces and facilities?

Disabled parking spaces are situated at the main entrance. The building is also wheelchair accessible. Please do chat with a volunteer at the event if you require support/assistance, and feel free to chat with Esther prior to the event about any other reasonable adjustment requests.

Is there a bus or tram stop nearby?

The nearest bus and tram stop is approximately 10mins walk to and from the venue.

Will there be refreshments?

On arrival, guests will be welcomed with a glass of non-alcoholic bubbly. If guests would prefer a hot drink, this will also be available.

Will it be a standing or seated event?

It is a seated event with unassigned seating. Arriving on time is recommended for the best choice of seats. *Doors open from 6.30pm*

Is audience participation required?

There will be no expectation or pressure put on guests to participate. However, there may be a time of Q&A, where guests can participate if they would like to do so, by asking questions.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable, however they are transferable. If you can no longer attend, feel free to pass your ticket on to someone else who you think would benefit from attending the EP launch.

Is there a dress code?

This is a celebratory event, so most people will be dressed up. However, there is no official dress code. Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Where can I access the songs once they're released?

The songs from my 'Hope Again' EP will be available on most music platforms. However, I will be releasing each song as a single. The songs will be released over a 4-8 week period; meaning they will become fully available to stream & save by the end of February 2026 (at the latest).
