FAQs

You are charging for campervans, why?

Due to high demand of our festival goers to bring their camper-vans we are quickly running out of space onsite, to ensure we are making the most of our space, a small (in comparison to most music festivals) charge has applied from Hope Festival 2018 and incl. all onward Hope Festivals. Please purchase a campervan pass to be allowed entry with your vehicle into the campervan area. If you do not wish to pay or purchase a campervan pass you may use the carpark to park your campervan, and you will be allocated one parking space as per all the other vehicles in the car park. No camping equipment, awnings or other such items may be placed in the car park. Cars are not permitted in the caravan area unless it is specifically part of your camper-van extension or for structural tent, or sleeping purposes. Do not purchase a pass for a car if these thing do not apply, if you do, you will not be permitted entrance and you may not receive a refund.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Anyone under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years, the door staff will check I.D. The adult whom you arrive with/are accompanied by is fully responsible for you and your actions, if any incident occurs this adult is completely responsible for you and if they do not comply yourself and the adult are open to being ejected from the festival/denied entry without any kind of refund.

What can I bring into the event?

We do not put any limits on food or beverages you wish to bring, however we are a community of people who support each other and the festival, by joining in the frivolities and purchasing the refreshments onsite, and supporting our festival and our lovely exhibitors, we actively encourage spending at onsite vendors.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

The short answer is YES. You do not necessarily need to print the ticket, however you must bring the scan-able QR coded ticket, that you are sent after purchse, to the event, this may be done on a smartphone, tablet or printed out. We are always trying to help the environment so not printing your ticket and bringing it on your device is much preferred and appreciated.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends/ is my ticket transferable?

We do not specify that your name must be on the ticket you use for entry, however if you try to bring a duplicate of a ticket or other such counterfeited tickets, we will know and you will either be dis-allowed entry and or have to purchase another ticket.
