Join us for your first taste of College life... at the Hopwood Hall Virtual New Starter Day!

We’re very excited to be welcoming school-leavers to our Virtual New Starter Day TOMORROW.

This online event is your chance to take a virtual campus tour, hear from your tutors and ask questions when it takes place on Tuesday 30 June 2020 from 10am - 3pm.

Please ignore the email that was sent out in error yesterday saying that this event would take place in-person. This was an automated message from Eventbrite about last year’s New Starter Day.

While unfortunately this year’s experience will not take place in person, we’ve still got loads lined up for you (and now you can enjoy it all from the comfort of your own home!).

We’ll let you know how to gain exclusive access to the specially made website via an email that you’ll receive shortly before 10am tomorrow morning.

The details will also be posted to our Preparing for College webpage at the same time.

You can look forward to taking our virtual campus tours, where you’ll get to take a digital look around our sites in Middleton and Rochdale. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for our cheeky meerkats who are homed at our animal enclosure!

There will also be an opportunity to hear from your tutors and the Principal. Once you’ve entered the site, you’ll be able to watch videos of your tutors welcoming you to the college and giving you a few handy tips ahead of starting your journey with us in September.

Don’t forget to come armed with all your burning questions too! You’ll be able to take part in a special ‘live chat’ between 10am and 12pm. This will be your opportunity to connect with your tutors and have your questions answered one-on-one.

By attending this event, you’ll also gain exclusive access to information on enrolment. You’ll be the first to find out key details such as when and where you will be enrolling for your course.
