This 4-week course is designed for couples who want to understand menopause, support one another, and build healthy, resilient connections during this transition.

Through teaching, discussion, and practical tools, you’ll:

  • Understand the role of hormones and their impact on emotions, wellbeing, and relationships
  • Explore how menopause can affect communication and intimacy
  • Gain strategies to improve connection and mutual support
  • Create space to share and learn with other couples in a supportive environment
