LIVE FIRE EXPERIENCE DAY;
Join us a fun filled day of live fire cooking in our new Field Kitchen at Horrell & Horrell. Adjacent to our barn and kitchen garden, and where Steve will share a whole host of techniques, teaching you the skills needed to cook an epic feast over fire. Our purpose built outdoor kitchen has kit from Fire Made, Big Green Egg and Kadai, alongside all the utensils and tools needed. After a day that will make your mouth water, we finish up with a feast where all our guests get to tuck into everything we have cooked, alongside generous bowls of salads, dips and sides from our kitchen garden.
We provide a welcome drink on arrival, but as with all our dinners, these events are BYO (cool box and ice provided, along with drinking water)

Whole and cuts of lamb / beef / game / fish
Planked and salt baked fish
Vegetables over / in the fire
Chappa potatoes
Shellfish
Flatbreads
Baked cheese
Charred fruit and meringue
THE DAY;
Come along at 10.30am where we meet you with an arrival drink and bacon sandwiches
We spend the morning and early afternoon learning techniques and cooking over fire, with various tasters along the way
At 2/2.30pm we sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour, with everything and more served to share!
We usually wrap up by 4pm
