Neil Tonge: King John and Magna Carta

Join us for an insightful event with Neil Tonge (co-author of Horrible Histories 'The Terrible Tudors') as he delves into the fascinating history of King John and the Magna Carta. This story will be brought to life for primary aged children.


This event is being held as part of Faversham Charters and Magna Carta's celebration of the 1215 Magna Carta anniversary.

This year we are also acknowledging the 800th anniversary of the 1225 Magna Carta.


On Saturday 14th June, you can come and view our 1300 Magna Carta, along with some other Medieval and Tudor charters and artefacts. We will have additional boards on display about Medieval Faversham.
