About this event
Join Jacks Lantern Productions for our first ever community cinema horror screening of John Carpenter’s acclaimed film In the Mouth of Madness!
Give horror a chance!
About this event
Join us at The Victoria Quays Hotel in Sheffield for an evening of networking and horror film screening. The film will be fully captioned/subtitled for accessibility.
We want to start a fun horror community of horror lovers and creatives in Sheffield. There is a foyer area with a bar serving drinks including hot drinks and snacks.
We hope to have a horror themed art gallery in this area - artists TBC. This will give people an excuse to chat and network!
Please also remember to bring some cash. We will be running a horror themed raffle with fun prizes including your choice of a legendary Last Exit to Nowhere themed T-shirt! There will also be artwork for sale and other horror themed items.
In the Mouth of Madness (1994)
A famous and bestselling horror author ‘Sutter Cane’ (Jurgen Prochnow) disappears. Insurance investigator John Trent (Sam Neil) is hired to find the author, to see if this is a publicity stunt or something far worse. Accompanied by editor Linda (Julie Carmen), this investigation will take them off the map into another world, is it real or is it madness?
The film is not available in the UK so this is an exclusive screening!
