Event description

Description

BUSINESSES PERFORM BETTER with clearly stated vision, mission, values and purpose, but only when the statements are transformed into authentically “lived” behaviours. That's when their potential to energise your people and your business is released.

COACHING WITH HORSES is truly experiential learning, allowing participants to experience, for real, the positive impact of moving beyond the words and of genuinely “living” what’s laid down. Unlike real-playing with humans – like your colleagues, customers, suppliers and shareholders – horses don’t judge. So even when you’re at your most vulnerable, road testing something new, they give non-threatening, honest feedback. Try it, test it, make adjustments and try it again and the horses react genuinely every time. (We'll talk you through the science when you get here).

IT WORKS because horses (no riding involved!) act as mirrors to our energy levels & how we behave. It matters because the people you meet in the real world are making decisions based on what they sense about how you are -and that should reflect what’s written in your organisation’s statements.

FAQs

Do I have to know how to ride?

We do not ride horses. No previous experience with horses is required. If you are familiar with being around horses or if you ride regularly it doesn't make a difference to the way we work. Just be open to learning new skills.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Participants must be aged 18 or over

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The venue is accessed by car and there is ample parking available. Gillingham (Dorset) rail station is 15 minutes and is 2 hours direct from London Waterloo.

What can I bring into the event?

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather and for working with horsees in an arena. This includes warm and waterproof clothing, sturdy shoes or walking boots are ideal (Wellies can offer waterproofing if it has been raining and the ground is wet.)

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

With any further questions please contact Floor on +44 (0)7866 926 861 or Christophe on +44(0)7703209223
