Hosting Zoom meetings for Group Leaders
The aim will be to provide an advanced session for Group leaders, Committee Members or u3a members looking to run or lead a virtual meeting. This could be an Interest group meeting, committee meetings and any other activities where u3a members are connected virtually.
The areas covered :
Setting up the meeting, inviting participants, basic security and preparations before the meeting, your settings and controls
During the meeting, hosting arrangements, co-hosts, controlling the meeting, screen sharing, video and audio sharing and use of breakout rooms.
This builds on from your basic understanding of Zoom.
A detailed programme for the session will be sent to you once you have registered. You will receive an emailed invitation to join which you will click onto at the assigned date and time. You will join a team of up to 15 other u2a members and the tutor who will take you through all you need to know and organise very easy interactive steps so that you can gain confidence.
