What does Rudyard Kipling have in common with project management? Well, we would argue quite a bit. No, he wasn’t a 19th century project manager, he was a novelist, poet, short-story writer and a journalist. You may have heard about him before but to jog your memory, one of his best novels was The Jungle Book, in addition to many other written artforms, such as the poem “I Keep Six Honest Serving Men”.

But what does a poem have to do with project management? Come to our training session to find out! We will discuss the importance of understanding the who, what, where, when, why, how and how much, when planning your projects, whether those are personal or work-related. We do not want you to leave empty handed, that is why we will be sharing some powerful project management tools, like the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt Charts and Stakeholder Analysis structures, to assist you in the planning of your projects. These are simple tools that will turn your complex projects into resolvable achievements.
