Have fun, meet new people, keep fit – all while raising money to help survivors of human trafficking.
The Snowdrop Project is the first charity in the UK to provide long term community support to survivors of human trafficking. The charity helps to reintegrate survivors in to community, reduce the risk of re-trafficking or exploitation and to empower people to make a fresh start. Each person is supported through one-to-one, person centred support and through the offer of community activities. Permanent houses are also renovated and furnished to give people a home to start a new and stable life.
All money raised will go directly to the Snowdrop Project to continue supporting survivors of human trafficking.
If you've never been to a Hot Yoga session before, try it now and help the charity to continue doing the amazing work that they do...changing lives and unlocking futures. Even if you regularly practice Hot Yoga..come along too.
A bit about Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is just regular yoga done in a hot room (30-40ºC). The heat allows you to warm up quickly, relaxing your muscles so you can move deeper into postures and become more flexible. It is lots of fun!
Learn more about Hot Yoga at http://hotyogasheffield.co.uk/
Please bring your own towels, a yoga mat and a water bottle. If you don’t have a yoga mat, it is available for rent from the Centre for £1 each.
Please also arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the class to register.
This is the perfect chance for you to enjoy an hour of calm, relaxation and warmth (when it may be colder outside in early October). Places are limited so hurry up and book your spot!
Even if hot yoga isn’t your thing, please still take time to learn more about the Snowdrop Project and the issue of Human trafficking. http://snowdropproject.co.uk/
If you are unable to make it, but would like to donate to the Charity, you can do so at http://www.totalgiving.co.uk/mypage/dancesnowdropproject
Thank you for your support!
