Structure
3 x hour workshops from 10 until 11.30am each day, split up in to 3 market segments. Attendance to all 3 is recommended, but you can join indivudally if there only 1 or 2 markets are relevant to you
On 25th November, virtual 15 minute one-to-one accountability sessions will be arranged with all attendees. This will ensure improved procedures have been implemented and additional questions are answered.

Maximise Direct Relationships
12th November, 10-11.30am
Valuable relationships with direct bookers is vital. In this workshop you will learn how to maximise those direct relationships by creating stark raving fans.
Nurture Leisure Relationships
13th November, 10-11.30am
Relationships with leisure guests can be tricky. We will go through the life-time value of a leisure guest and how to nurture that relationship effectively.
Meet your hosts
Femke Millership
Femke has been in the event and hospitality industry since 2002 and has set up MICE cluster offices, worked to implement new yield management systems and managed large reactive sales teams. Femke is extremely passionate about the event industry and absolutely loves passing her enthusiasm, experience and conversion ideas onto sales teams!
Kate Plowright
Kate has hands on experience of proactive and reactive sales along with event organisation and people management. She launched Selling Savvy in 2018 because she is passionate about delivering effective workshops and mentoring that gives teams the opportunity to be empowered to make the right strategic decisions, whilst having strong backing from their management.
