Hounslow Carers Together

If you are a frontline worker within a voluntary sector, health or council service please join us on 16 October at the Heart of Hounslow to see how we can strengthen our neighbourhood approach to supporting residents and work in a more integrated and collaborative way across Health, the Council and the voluntary sector.

This will be a great opportunity to meet other people from different services supporting residents in the central Hounslow area over some light refreshments, including updates from:

• Hounslow Care Together Test and Learn project
• Voluntary Sector partners working in this area
• The Council's Locality working teams

We hope that this will be the first in a range of regular networking opportunities in localities across the borough to help spark connection, boost teamwork, and create a more joined-up approach that benefits both organisations and people in Hounslow.
