Hourglass Conference 2025: The Safer Ageing Summit

Hourglass, the only UK-wide charity dedicated to calling time on the abuse, harm and exploitation of older people is proud to host this year’s annual conference in Edinburgh.

The abuse of older people is at epidemic levels and urgent action is needed to work towards a society where people can age without fear of abuse, have access to necessary services and are given equal opportunities and recognition.

The Hourglass 2025 Conference is The Safer Ageing Summit—a crucial meeting place for experts, policymakers, and professionals from across the sector to share knowledge, discuss challenges, and drive real change.

This year's conference will feature:

Inspiring keynote speakers from leading organisations.
