We're putting on a free workshop giving you the skills to research house history from the Victorian era to the present. Get hands on with archival material and gain advice from the Norfolk Record Office.
We'll be using one case study to illustrate how to get started, the skills you learn will be applicable to your own research, wherever you live.
We will provide access to the internet (in pairs on wifi enabled laptops) as well as facsimile documents. The workshop will be a small friendly group and staff will be on hand to help with any tricky handwriting, and to support you using the internet if needed. Feel free to bring your own wifi device if you would prefer to use that.
This workshop is completely free, but booking is essential.
Sorry, no food or drink during the workshop please as we hope to have some original archives for you to look at, too.
