Property & Housing Seminar - Subletting, assignment and housing fraud

The seminar will discuss the consequences that may arise when a social housing tenant unlawfully sub-lets or parts with possession. It will look at the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013, and will provide an overview of the available monetary penalties/remedies.
