Housing workshop series

This is the third of a series of workshops to support new partnerships between housing providers, other voluntary organisations, and the NHS. Sign up to take part and join our community of practice.

Housing providers work with a wide range of voluntary organisations to access social prescriptions for their residents. In some cases they provide the venues for activities that support the wider local community as well as tenants.

This session will focus on examples of magnifying the voice of older people in delivering resilient age-friendly homes and communities.

These free workshops, each of around 25 people, will cover successful models from across the sector, and help you build your own approach to social prescribing.

Accelerating Innovation in Social Prescribing supports national voluntary organisations to develop their social prescribing ideas, so they can develop projects and approaches which have greater impact, wider reach and help reduce health inequalities.
