About the Event

The Scottish Governments digital strategy sets out how they plan to deliver inclusive economic growth and reform public services by putting digital at the heart of everything they do.

Housing associations have an important role in helping tenants get online and by utilising digital services and technology they can deliver more inclusive, efficient and cost effective housing services as well as transforming the way housing provide information and give advice to residents.

Key themes

Find out how housing associations are using online capacity to empower their tenants and streamline their services.

  • Connecting the unconnected
  • The business case for installing broadband
  • Benefits for front line staff
  • Streamlining business processes
  • A new way for tenant engagement

Benefits of Attending

Delegates at this half day event will hear of some of the best initiatives in making internet connectivity work both for tenants, for frontline staff and for business efficiency. Many tenants now and most future tenants will expect to be able to engage online and it is in housing associations’ own interests to facilitate this.

The delegate fee starts at £99 for SFHA Members (£149 for non members) which includes attendance and refreshments.

Book your place using TICKETS above.
