Lily Jones is the Director of Unconventional Wedding and the Founder of Quirky Weddings. As a disabled entrepreneur and former award winning wedding planner, Lily is a passionate advocate for greater accessibility and inclusivity within the wedding industry.
Drawing on years of experience supporting creative wedding businesses, as well as her own lived experience, Lily brings a practical, compassionate, and empowering approach to helping suppliers make their services truly welcoming for all couples.
Her workshops are known for being warm, honest, and full of real world advice that makes a genuine difference.

Unconventional Wedding is a vibrant UK community and directory for creative, alternative and independent wedding suppliers. We champion businesses that do things differently by providing a supportive membership network, increased visibility and practical opportunities to grow. Members receive a dedicated directory listing with space for photos, full descriptions and social links, along with access to a collaborative supplier community. We also offer opportunities to be featured on our blog and social channels, promote events, and take part in fairs and other showcases. Our mission is to amplify the work of unique and values driven wedding professionals and connect them with couples who appreciate originality, personality and creativity in their wedding planning.

This is an online workshop delivered via Zoom. We aim to create a comfortable, accessible and inclusive space for everyone. During the session you can keep your camera on or off, use the chat instead of speaking, and take breaks whenever you need to. Slides will use clear fonts and high contrast colours, and all key points will be read aloud. Automatic captions will be available. If you have any specific access needs, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to support you.
