This talk will explore how other AI tools—such as ChatGPT—can directly assist you in becoming more efficient and effective in your research.

Just eight months ago, Steve had never used AI in his genealogy work. Now, he integrates AI into his daily research routine. Join him as he shares his journey from AI novice to a daily user in the world of family history research.

About the Speaker

Steve Doyle retired from a career in the pharmaceutical industry six years ago and, after running a social media training company, now has more time to focus on his passion for family history research.

Having worked on family history for many years, Steve remembers when research meant trips to Somerset House, scrambling to find the right ledgers, and spending months tracking down census records.

Technology and computers have already revolutionized the hobby, and AI has the potential to do the same helping us work faster, more effectively, and with greater accuracy. Join Steve as he presents a non-techie overview of how AI has transformed his research process.
