How can be happier the Positive Psychology way?

Positive Psychology is the study of what makes life worth living. Research in this field has shown us that when people practise certain activities and change their thoughts, they can become much more satisfied and fulfilled in their daily lives. As a Positive Psychology coach and lecturer, this self-development group event will introduce and discuss some activities that each of you can do in your daily lives to help you create more happiness, joy and satisfaction with life. Each individual is different. Come along to this enjoyable event and walk away feeling positive and motivated to lead a more fulfilling life.You can recieve a free ticket through EventBrite.
