About this Event

The Oxford Cancer Centre is facilitating an online training session called ‘How can Halo assist with your tissue analysis?’ hosted by indica labs.

With the increased use of Halo and its cell-imaging analysis capabilities, we would like for researchers to get the most out of what they are working on.

On the 12 May 2020 between 10 am – 12 pm, indica labs will be providing a virtual training session on available uses of Halo.

This webinar will include topics such as:

• Basic overview of HALO software from start-to-finish

• Demonstrations of the deep learning neural network

• Analysis for cell detection

• A practical aspect for attendees to use its functions for themselves

Attendance is FREE, but please register your interest to receive information to access the meeting.

Once registered, attendees will receive the details to the Webex webinar prior to the event.

About Halo - Image Analysis Platform for Quantitative Tissue Analysis

HALO® Multiplex IHC is a digital platform for cell-based image analysis that can separate up to five stains simultaneously within any cellular compartment. It is ideal for characterising distinct immune and tumour cell populations within the tissue where multiple markers are required.

HALO is capable of automated tissue classification on brightfield and fluorescent images, using machine learning. In addition, the software can perform infiltration analysis, nearest neighbour/proximity analysis and density hotspot analysis. HALO allows automated batch analysis of whole slides and TMAs.
