Is this workshop for me?

  • I live in Lincolnshire, UK
  • I am a parent/carer of a young person aged 11-16 years old
  • I want tools to encourage positive emotional wellbeing within my child.
  • I am able to attend the online workshop on the date and time specified

In this workshop we will share evidence-based coping strategies and techniques including 'The 5 Steps to Wellbeing', relaxation and provide resources to help you continue this . All we ask is you join us at this event - don't worry we only ask a few questions!

There are a maximum of 12 spaces, but if the workshop is fully booked please add yourself to the waiting list as space may become available.

If you cannot attend, please remember to cancel your ticket so others can take part.

Please Note: This workshop is not the appropriate place to discuss individual young people. If you have specific worries about your child, please visit the LPFT Children Young People's Service website, where you can find information about local emotional wellbeing and mental health services.
