Overview

Kicking off the 2026 with some exciting topics, and our first will be considering how CSB can bring diversity and vibrancy to the New Towns

We will be kicking off the 2026 masterclass programme with some exciting topics, and our first will be considering how custom and self build housing can add to the diversity of New Towns.

With the Government setting their ambitious housing target of 1.5 million homes and exponentially increasing housing requirements for Local Authorities, housing is a hot topic on the agenda for everyone working in housing delivery.

News Towns may not be a silver bullet, but they do offer an important opportunity to reinvigorate large scale housing delivery in a sustainable and master planned way ensuring the lessons learned from the success stories of past examples are part of the DNA of the next generation of New Towns.

If you are involved in a local authority role, be it policy making or development management, consultancy in strategic housing delivery or a developer or housing advocate then understanding the opportunities for custom and self build housing will be key to the decisions you make in 2026.

If you have not joined a Task Force Masterclass before, now is the time to come along and see what the conversation is about!

Early booking is highly recommended for our popular masterclass sessions.

Cost: £80 (incl VAT) per person
