Most country guidelines summarise key design parameters in order to localise international design recommendations published by international authors and lift companies. Because of the brevity of these documents, they are subject to interpretation. Often there are arguments as to whether or not the lift service can be said to reach the required standard.

This evening meeting will be an open forum with Dr Richard Peters, the author of Elevate. He will propose, for discussion, how the 2019 Property Council of Australia guidelines should be applied using Elevate.

It is anticipated that the outcome of this open forum will be a design note similar to that prepared for the previous PCA guidelines, available here:

How do I pay?
