How do we build a fairer London?

The London Fairness Commission is hosting a public debate in the Old Library of the Guildhall on Monday the 21st September, doors opening at 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start and finishing at 8pm.

Responding to the question 'How do we build a fairer London', the event will feature a panel of influential speakers, journalists and policy makers in conversation with an audience of Londoners.

The event is sponsored by the London Evening Standard and supported by the City of London Corporation, and will be chaired by Professor Tony Travers, Director of LSE London.  Panellists include:

 - Yasmin Alibhai-Brown - The Independent and London Evening Standard columnist.

 - Liz Meek - Chair of Centre for London.

 - Simon Walker - Director General of the Institute of Directors.

 - Zoe Williams - Guardian columnist.

The event will be introduced by Lord Victor Adebowale, Chair of the London Fairness Commission, and Jeremy Mayhew, Chairman of the City Bridge Trust.

Looking forward to seeing you on the 21st!
