A panel of professionals from different sectors will share their experiences of working with young people in Wales. Drawing on experiences from the Well-being Planning phase (of the Public Services Boards) and beyond, the panel will delve into the challenges and successes of involving young people in abstract conversations surrounding well-being and futures thinking.

Through real-life examples, the panel will illustrate what it was like to actively involve young people in future focused discussions and planning. They will discuss the principles they followed, and shed light on strategies and approaches that proved effective.
