As we move into recovery plans and adjust to new and hybrid ways of working the need for inclusive and psychologically safe work environments and cultures has never been more important.

In this highly interactive session we will explore the importance of psychological safety and inclusion and then discuss the current challenges faced across the North West in ensuring organisational cultural shifts towards hybrid working. GatenbySanderson will share their current research and insight into key leadership behaviour shifts during the pandemic and what this means for developing our own leadership and the performance of the teams we are responsible for. We will then invite you to share your challenges and experiences as we explore the key principles behind culture change in these unprecedented times.

Liaquat Lal, Partner, GatenbySanderson

Liaquat is a Partner within the Leadership & Talent Consultancy practice at GatenbySanderson. Prior to this role, Liaquat has had three distinct career stages. He started his professional life working in in the social care field as a practitioner, team leader and strategy co-ordinator for local & central government. The second stage comprised of internal learning & development leadership roles for GE Capital and the Co-op. The third stage has been in leadership and talent consulting with significant experience in global design and large-scale delivery.
