Event description

Description

Join us for the launch of the 2017 DBA Annual Survey Report – the most in-depth financial benchmarking report for the design industry.

Esther Carder, Partner at Kingston Smith and author of the report, will explore the key findings from this year’s data and consider questions such as:

  • Has confidence returned following the Brexit vote?
  • Has the expected slow down in growth come to pass? What are members predictions for the coming year?
  • Charge out rates and salaries both increased by 2% last year. What impact has Brexit and the introduction of mandatory pensions had on this year's figures?
  • Are members working smarter with increased utilisation rates and a higher income per head?
  • What do figures look like for the best performing agencies?

Prepare for your year ahead, with insight and analysis into the fees, salaries, utilisation, income, recovery rates, benefits and trends of DBA member agencies. Discuss the findings with fellow members over drinks and light refreshments.

"The DBA Annual Survey Report is essential in helping us to benchmark what we pay our staff and what we charge clients, in order to remain competitive.” Andy West, Director, Multiadaptor
