How does communication method affect tenancy sustainment outcomes?
Tue 24 May 2016, 14:00 – 15:30 BST
HACT is leading a programme of research to use RCTs to produce robust evidence of ‘what works’ in housing. HACT is running a randomised controlled trial with Hyde to investigate the potential to boost engagement with support services through the use of better communications, informed by behavioural science.
At this event we will discuss the emerging findings from the first data phase of the trial, as well as the experiences of running this cutting-edge study in a housing association. Join us to hear from key members of staff at Hyde about their experience of developing and implementing the trial and how they will use the insights from the trial within their business.
This event will benefit community investment teams, communications leads and anyone with an interest in RCT research.
