A live grief talk and Q&A by a bereavement specialist from grief charity Winston’s Wish about how grief changes over time. For young people aged 13-25. This is a chance to hear directly from a bereavement specialist, ask questions and hear what other young people would like to know about grief.
What are the stages of grief I keep hearing about? Does grief every go away completely? Will I always feel this sad? Get answers to your questions about how grief changes over time.
Held online via Zoom and not recorded, this is a safe space for grieving young people led by bereavement support professionals. All attendee cameras and mics will be turned off throughout. You can ask questions in the chat.
Whilst these sessions are confidential, which means that we will not share anything you tell us with anyone else, there are limitations. If you share something with us that makes us concerned about the safety of you, or someone else, we may have to pass this onto organisations outside of Winston's Wish. We will always try to talk to you about this first, if this is the case.
If you need crisis support, please reach out to your local emergency services (in the UK, this is 999).
