Synopsis:

As a former game-developer I'm used to gamedev cycles measured in years. At the start of this year I built a full video game from scratch - no game engines, all-new assets - in 8 days, using AI for everything. I'll run through the techniques and tools I used, and high-level lessons I learned that I've since applied to product development and engineering problems in other industries and in my day to day work. Bring your own questions and ideas for a lively discussion on how this can be applied more widely - and how to build your own videogames without the big budgets and teams usually required.
