With diversity and inclusion being high up on the agenda of many businesses, and in recent times with the ‘Black Lives Matter’ campaign, how can we be sure we are true inclusive , and what more can we do to be more diverse, educate our workforce and eradicate unconscious bias? With a younger generation of employees embracing diversity, how do we maximise this and be the best we can be?
