The aim of this Breakfast Seminar is to help HR/L&D/Talent within organisations gain a better understanding of how innovation can be applied in Performance Management, Business Practices and Coaching.

The force field of disruption has led leadership teams to fine-tune coaching approaches to forge new cultures. This appeals to Millennial/Generation Z values and is imperative in talent attraction and retention. Digitalisation and the resultant workforce challenges require coaching solutions that work. Innovation is a crucial component in the execution of this vision. By gathering together exceptional speakers from a variety of industry backgrounds, this learning seminar will cover ‘Innovation in Performance Management’, ‘The Future Workplace and the role of Coaching’ and ‘The Science behind brilliant Leadership’.

This event will give you insights into:

David ReayDavid Reay (SVP Human Resources, Sony Music). David currently leads the people function for Sony Music’s international markets. His recent experience has focused heavily on how to connect individual purpose and talent with business innovation to bring out change in an ever evolving industry.  Prior to Sony Music, David has worked in a range of industries from financial services, defence, public sector and IT services in HR Generalist and OD roles.




Teresa Kotlicka

Teresa Kotlicka (Director, People Development, Sony Music). In my 4.5 years at Sony Music, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of our most talented employees globally on executive and emerging talent programs and various innovation challenges. When not working on large scale programs, I support the International Region’s team and personal development needs. Prior to Sony Music I worked at a premium drinks

Simon CoopsSimon Coops. (Managing Director, Acuity Coaching/Acuity Global Development) Simon built a large international HR Services company which was fully listed on the LSE and sold for $150m to Adecco, he then went on to found Acuity which is global Managed Learning Services Organisation
