The CIPD states “Resilience is now recognised as an important factor in the workplace. In the increasingly and endlessly turbulent context of today’s working world, the resilience of both individuals and organisations become paramount in order to survive and thrive”. How can L&D professionals help to build resilience? What kind of interventions work at individual and organisational levels? This half-day GL&D event will explore how L&D can contribute to building and maintaining resilience. We will share experiences, review different tools and discover new approaches.
