Protecting and strengthening your mental wellbeing and those you work with is increasingly important - how prepared are you and your organisation to address issues as they arise?

To mark this year’s World Mental Health Day on 10th October, we are hosting a special online event for leaders of companies and those in learning & development to explore how to effectively protect and support mental wellbeing at work.

According to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and MHFA England, poor mental health costs the UK economy £56-65 billion annually, with stress, depression, and anxiety being the leading causes of long-term sick leave, resulting in 16.4 million lost working days in 2023/24 alone. Furthermore, a report from the CCLA cites that only a small fraction of UK organisations (24%) provide mental health training to their line managers.

Something has to change – as leading experts in burnout prevention and workplace mental health, we are here to help you be a part of that change.

This event will provide you with:

  • An understanding of where businesses are falling short in supporting staff mental wellbeing
  • The risks of not addressing employee mental health proactively
  • The benefits of implementing a mental health strategy for your workplace, and an evidence-based step-by-step structure for how to do this

This session is open to learning & development professionals, managers and senior leaders in business teams.
